Make a basic jersey T-shirt with wide arm trim or a straight elbow length sleeve. Fancy something more unique? Make the chic blazer shirt, or add one or both of the blazer front panels to the shirt base. For the neckline, choose between jersey trim (for knit fabric) or a facing and invisible shoulder zipper (for woven fabric). All options have an optional chest pocket.

Suggested fabrics: You can use both woven and knit fabrics for this design. The T-shirts can be made in a knit fabric of your choice, from light to medium weight. For the blazer shirts and shirts with overlap, it is best to choose a light to medium weight woven fabric that is not too stiff, but not too drapey either. Think of a fabric you would choose for a blazer or shirt. This design is less suitable for thick, stiff fabrics.

Notions: Fusible interfacing for variants with facing or pocket, max. 20 cm; fusible interfacing for variants with overlap and facing and/or pocket, max. 35 cm (single overlap) or 70 cm (double overlap); 18 cm invisible zipper for variants with facing; one or two buttons for variants with overlap; ribbing for jersey neck and/or sleeve trim.
