Suggested fabrics: Light- to medium-weight woven fabric that has no stretch. The drape or hand of the fabric will impact the look of the final garment - softer fabrics will fall more gently, and more stable fabrics like linen and cotton will emphasise the sleeve and collar shaping. Some wonderful choices are chambray, viscose-linen slub, sandwashed linen or cotton, cotton ikat, or even silk noil.

54" (137 cm) wide fabric: View A, 1.7 yd (1.6 m) // View B, 3 yd (2.75 m).

45" (114 cm) wide fabric: View A, 2.25 yd (2.1 m) // View B, 3 yd (2.75 m).

Sizes 26 - 34

54" (137 cm) wide fabric: View A, 2.25 yd (2.1 m) // View B, 3 yd (2.75 m).

45" (114 cm) wide fabric: Single layer cutting only (sleeve is too wide). If you have a 45" wide fabric that you really want to make work, you’ll need 3.25 yd for View A or 4.5 yd for View B.

Sizing: US 0 – 34 (approx. UK 6/8 – 32/34, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

The pattern is drafted for a height of 5’5″ (165 cm) and a dressmaker's cup size C.

Notions: 1.5 yd (1.4 m) of lightweight fusible interfacing, either woven or non-woven; buttons, 1/2" (1.3 cm) diameter, 4 or 5 for View A or 8-10 for View B // Optional: Fray Check to seal buttonhole edges.
